The Federal Government has officially approved the payment of outstanding stipends to all batch C Npower beneficiaries. This information comes as a significant relief to the thousands of beneficiaries who have been eagerly awaiting their payments.
The Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, and Social Development, Hajia Sadiya Umaru Farouq, made this announcement during the flag-off workshop for independent monitors of the National Social Investment Programme (NSIP), she emphasized the government’s commitment to the welfare and empowerment of NPower beneficiaries.
It should however be recalled that Npower beneficiaries have been expressing their dismay over the unpaid stipends for the months of January, February, March, and April. According to them the situation has left many of them hungry and sick
