1. Assistant Procurement Manager
Location: Nigeria

Purpose of the Job
Direct the purchasing of all goods and services needed by the company. Responsibilities include identifying potential supplier sources, negotiating favorable agreements, and managing supplier contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adequacy of bid specifications and prepare sourcing-related documents.
- Process ERP transactions and monitor contract executions, terminations, renewals, or amendments.
- Identify and close procurement involvement gaps in spending.
- Identify and deliver savings on managed spend.
- Support business units in meeting service level agreements.
- Track and report key functional metrics.
- Assist the Procurement Manager in establishing strategic supplier relationships.
- Handle performance issues and escalate as necessary.
Qualifications
- B.Sc / HND in a relevant field
- Membership of CIPS is an added advantage

Purpose of the Job
Manage goods in the warehouse from receipt to preservation, storage, and dispatch, ensuring quality and quantity standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and label incoming stock.
